GreeneSpeaks! is a workforce development initiative designed to help Greene County residents learn English and become more effective members of the local workforce.

Supported by the State of Tennessee and TVA through grant funding, the program launched at one of Greene County’s largest manufacturers in partnership with Northeast State Community College. Currently, GreeneSpeaks! offers both morning and evening on-site classes, as well as community sessions held on Thursdays.
