Water and Sewage
The Greeneville Water System provides water to nearly all of Greene County. The system draws its water from the Nolichuckey River. The water treatment plant has a 12 MGD capacity with a raw water storage capacity of 32 MG and a finished water storage of 7 MG.

Electricity
The Greeneville Light and Power System obtains its power from the Tennessee Valley Authority. Rates for this reliable, economical source of power are well below national averages.
