The Greene County Partnership and Tennessee Small Business Development Center at ETSU work together to provide Small Business training at the Greene County Partnership Office.
One-on-one counseling sessions with a Tennessee Small Business Development staffer are available on select Thursdays by appointment. These sessions are designed to give individualized counseling on all aspects of small business, from start-up and beyond.

The State of Tennessee Business Enterprise Resource Office (BERO) provides technical, financial and management information assistance to small, minority and women owned businesses. BERO’s main office is located in Nashville with regional offices in Memphis and Knoxville.
