Located in East Tennessee at the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. Greene County lies 70 miles northeast of Knoxville, 35 miles southwest of the Tri-Cities region of Johnson City/Kingsport/Bristol and 70 miles northwest of Asheville, NC.
